Proving she's a versatile dog and competing in yet another venue, on January 16 & 17, 2009 Friday competed in her first ever Ultimate Air Dogs competition and went "5 for 5" earning her United Novice Jumper title. Nice work Friday!
On August 23, 2008, at just 18 months of age,
Friday and her litter brother Bono finished their Junior Hunter
titles exclusively amateur trained and handled. What an awesome
accomplishment for our Nicki kids. Momma Nicki and I are so very
proud of these two!!!
Friday is a charming girl with a tail that never
stops wagging. You couldn't ask for a dog with a sweeter personality
and and greater overall zest for life. This girl loves to retrieve
and exhibited a strong natural desire early on to retrieve birds
and deliver to hand. Friday earned her WC at just over 6 months
old. At 7 and 8 months of age, Friday earned her first two passes
towards her started hunting retriever title in the fall of 2007.
When hunt tests resumed in the spring of 2008, Friday obtained
the final two passes to earn her SHR title. The weekend of her
third pass, she was shown at the Miami Valley LRC specialty and
placed in conformation as well as qualified in rally novice. That
Sunday, she earned a pass at the West Central Ohio HRC in inclement
weather. Her final pass was earned May 17, 2008 at the Great Lakes
HRC test. Way to go Friday--show 'em what those show-bred Labs
can do! Friday makes her momma Nicki proud in being yet another
of her offspring who has proven she is truly a multi-purpose Labrador.
From conformation ring, to obedience ring, to the field, this
girl happily does it all.
Friday earned her RN title in 2008 in three straight
trials as well as a fourth place for her third leg. Go "French
Fry!"

At the age of three months, Friday took two best
puppy in multi-breed show wins at the K9 Fanciers UKC shows under
Jim Jones and Beth Snedegar. Friday once again took two Best Puppy
in Multi Breed Show wins at the Foundation Kai Club of America
shows July 14 and 15, 2007 under Tim Parr and Deb Beean. We are
so very proud of our girl.
